David G. Glaser, MAI
Mr. Glaser graduated from Syracuse University with a bachelor's degree from the Whitman School of Business. He began his appraisal career in 2010. In 2013, he became State Certified as a General Real Estate Appraiser in New Jersey. He holds the Appraisal Institute's MAI designation. In 2017, he obtained certification as a tax assessor for the State of New Jersey. Mr. Glaser recently served on the New Jersey Chapter of the Appraisal Institute's Board of Directors from 2017 to 2019.
Mr. Glaser has appraised many types of real estate including agricultural farm properties, residential lots, single and multi-family residential properties, retail properties, office buildings, and industrial properties.
